High Season Rates in effect:  June 20 to  September 10 $150

Cherry room – Lakeside view, private entrance – Q Bed plus single futon $185

Blueberry room – Lakeside view, private entrance – 2 Twin/King Bed $ 185   Let us know your preference (king bed or twins) at time of booking.

Kiwi room –  Inside room, tiny but cozy  – Double/Single bunk bed – Not available at this time

Low season Rates: September 11 to June 19 $150 double occupancy. Stay 4 nights + and save 10 %

Prices quoted in Canadian currency. Based on double occupancy. For each additional person in room add $50/night. Children under 8 are free. 9 to 17 add $40/night

50% Deposit on booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.

Surcharge for pet: $50/day $200/week – Only working dogs are allowed with owner’s approval.

Minimum stay 3 nights in high season; drop-ins okay, if we have vacancy

Payment method: Cash, Cheque, and Electronic Money Transfers. US or Canadian funds. If paying by cheque, make it out to owner’s name: Patricia Carvalho.

Check In/Check Out :  4 pm/10 am sharp. if other time is required let us know in advance to make proper arrangements.

Cancellation : A minimum of 30 days required for full refund. Cancellation under 30  days may result in refund less $150 for administration fee when another booking is confirmed. Under 15 days no refund.
