Welcome to PattysGuestHouse B&B. We are very excited to offer a Bed and Breakfast in the countryside. Come and stay with us to sample our hospitality and the best the Okanagan has to offer. We are 20 minutes from the City of Penticton, where you will find the best beaches of the Okanagan Valley.
Okanagan Valley has something to offer to every age. Come and visit this summer. I invite you to join us for a relaxing vacation…hot steaming coffee and fresh bread in the morning, crackling fire by the beach (weather permitting) in the evening with a hot cup of cocoa, or a chilled glass of wine, and a warm comfortable bed at night!

HELLO PATTY, WELL I LOVE EVERY MINUTE I AM THERE ITS AMAZING!! I HAVE BEEN MANY TIMES AND HOPE TO GO MANY MANY MORE TIMES WE REALLY ENJOY THE PEACE AND QUIET. THE FREEDOM FROM A BIG CITY, THE GOOD WEATHER, AND THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN YOUR ” NEIGHBOURHOOD ” ARE SO SO NICE. NO TO MENTION THE LITTLE STORE ACROSS THE LAKE WHICH IS SO SO HANDY THEY PRETTY MUCH HAVE EVERYTHING AND GAS AS WELL. ITS A STUNNING HOUSE WITH PLENTY OF ROOM AND AN EVEN MORE STUNNING VIEW, GREAT AMENITIES NEVER GO WITH OUT ANYTHING. THE KIDS LOVE IT FOR THE FREEDOMS THEY GET AS A PARENT I DONT HAVE TO REALLY WORRY MUCH WHILE WE ARE OUT HERE. THEY LOVE THE FISHING, THE SAND AND FIRE PIT AND THEY REALLY LOVE THE PADDLE BOAT :). WE ALWAYS LOVE COMING WISH WE COULD DO IT MORE 🙂 THANK YOU VERY MUCH PATTY AND LUIS
This is by far the best time to visit the Okanagan Valley. Cherries are so good and apricot and peaches will be ready for the picking in a couple of weeks! The lakes are inviting and the the cool water is the best way to get away from the summer heat. I invite you to visit Patty’s GuestHouse and enjoy our hospitality and delicious breakfast!
We had a wonderful week at Pattysguesthouse. The accommodations are lovely. The setting is perfect. Your own private beach for swimming, kayaking or paddle boating. You can sit in the sun or the shade – what ever your preference. Patty’s is just outside Penticton so access to the many attractions of the city are within driving distance. Or, if rest and relaxing is what you crave, just sit around the lake and enjoy. We did it all. Patty and Luis are gracious hosts, with a beautiful place to get away to.
We loved our weekend stay at Patty’s Guesthouse. Patty and Luis are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The location was terrific – with a private swimming lake and rooms looking over the lake. It’s easy to get into Kaledon or Penticton. Breakfasts were excellent! It was a lovely retreat.

We loved your great hospitality, the well equipped room and bathroom, your garden, a swim in the lake and your phantastic Chilean breakfast (and Luis great coffee). We had an amazing time at Patty’s Guest House 14 to 16 July 2017. She greeted us warmly, showed us to our lake view room and engaged us in very interesting conversation. Her house is close to a few great cycling routes, which made it an ideal location for us. And after cycling we were able to enjoy sitting on the dock and taking a dip in the lake. She even customized breakfast to our needs! It was a real pleasure and we would not hesitate to stay again.
This place is truly beautiful. Ive stayed here a few times. The beach is private and it overlooks a mountain range. The water is refreshing and the accomodations are comfortable. The couple that run it are very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

We were at Patty and Luis from August 2 to August 6, 2017. I would definitely stay here again. Patty and Luis are very kind, and easy to speak with. Breakfast were good and accomodations are comfortable. The site with lake, paddle boating, fishing, etc. Everything was great. I will never forget my stay in Kaleden. My son and I stayed for the night from July 23 to July 24 2018 and we enjoyed every minute! Patty and Luis are so lovely, we felt like at home. We were welcomed by a cool drink, had two very comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast! Thanks a lot for everything, Patty and Luis! What a wonderful place to go super host great breakfast and beautiful views
This was a gold mine for us , we were put on to this guest house by other people . The view the super host and food was so great we are planning more trips to this magnificent place.Hopefully we can get in a trip in the winter with snow and a fire …..can wait ?
